Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any fees.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice (no-show), a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment, and a late arrival fee may be applied.
